•  For the shuttle service, Trans–Tur Imperial offers a schedule, any time out of that schedule will be considerated as private service which will have different price rate.

•  IMPORTANT: it is not compulsory for T.T.I to wait if the flight doesn't arrive on time, if your flight is delayed the ground transportation service will be subject to availability.

•  For delayed flights, Trans–Tur Imperial offers…

•  Waiting in the airport depending of the delay and of our schedule.

•  The customer will wait for the next programmed service (From León airport to SMA).

•  In case that the arriving time would be after 8:00 pm it will be considered a private service. Please call to T.T. I to confirm it.

•  If you need to make a complaint or clarification with the airline before leaving the airport. Please let the driver know about the situation, he will inform you which will be the procedure.

•  T.T.I will pick you up in your address, please be observant to the arriving of the vehicle and get in immediately, if this is not done, the driver will continue with the transportation route by respect to our other clients.

•  No stops will be allowed during the shuttle transportation service, unless in case of an emergency.

•  Smoking is not allowed in the vehicle.

•  It is important for T.T.I to know how much luggage you will take on the vehicle.

•  The shared shuttle service means to pick up passengers in several addresses to those that have made arrangement for the same departure time from SMA to León Airport as well as to wait in the airport by the ground transportation service departure time from León airport to SMA.

•  Babies under 4 years old don't pay if they travel on your lap, but if required, a baby car seat will apply the regular passenger fare.

•  Pets are allowed only if they travel in a cage and with private service.

•  For addresses located outside of San Miguel Allende, there is an extra charge. In case of a shuttle service the passenger with that destination will be delivery after all the addresses inside SMA.

•  T.T.I does not take responsabilty of forgotten objects or values in the vehicle. Please check all your belongings before getting down from it.

•  For round trips the payment must be covered entirely when arranged, if it's not done a one way fare will be applied, please confirm the round trip service.

•  Any change in your arriving or departure date will be subject to availability.

•  If you don't show by the date arranged T.T.I can not refund the money neither make it valid in another date.
